What a joy Sarah is to be around. She and her family are members at my church, so I was thrilled when her mom approached me to do her senior photos. YES please! We met on location at Bagnell Dam strip and spent a few hours discovering hidden spots that made for the perfect backdrops. This GORGEOUS senior knocked her photo shoot out of the park!
My dear friend Cassie turned 30 years old - and what better way to celebrate than with a cake on the beach? I've wanted to do a styled shoot for a while now, something out of the box that would push my creative abilities and boxes. A few months ago I found out that a fellow mom friend did professional makeup artistry. Perfect! After a long conversation (and a lot of ideas!), we decided to collaborate on our first styled shoot together, and also offer a few of our mom friends complimentary maternity styling & photos.
Alissa's vision of styling and painting her cousin as a lioness is just breathtaking! Then Alissa highlighted our mom friends' facial features and we make the second half of the shoot into a beauty shoot. So stunning.

What an honor to capture the wedding day and festivities for Ashley and Curtis. They are truly some of the best humans you will ever meet! Both were good friends of mine in high school, but one from my school and one from my church. My worlds collided when I found out my friends were dating - and going to get married!
It's a real treat for me to photograph a wedding where I know the bride and groom so well. And what they really wanted was to get married in paradise, surrounded by their closest friends and family. I was ever so happy to pack up my exhaustive camera bags and every charger I could find, and get on an early flight out of the country to Dreams Resort in Tulum, Mexico.
I spent five days in all in the beautiful sub-tropical sunshine of Tulum, Mexico. There were plenty of notable experiences during this trip, but my favorite part was photographing this lovely couple on their big day. They are so comfortable with each other and with others, their laughter is contagious, and their love is authentic and uplifting.
